Circular Columbarium Unit

Ortonville Cemetery has a new Circular 96 Unit Columbarium. It is made of black
and gray granite and weighs approximately 14,000 pounds. Each of the 96 niches
can hold two (2) cremations.

Coming soon will be a Columbarium Garden. We will post our
Garden Plans and Progress in the near future.
We Are a Non-Profit Cemetery

The Cemetery is a non-profit organization run by a nine (9) member board. The
Cemetery does not get any funding from any government sources (local,State or
National). All funding comes from the sale of grave sites, Cremation Niches,
Foundation sales and from Tax Deductible donations.

                                                                             FACT

The cemetery covers 26 acres, 16 acres developed , 10 acres in the woods. The cemetery was established in
1867 and reorganized for perpetual care in 1931. Gravestones age back to 1840 when it was used as a private
burial ground.
